Friends of Shiga

Saucepot.com
Josh is the amazing web master who programed all the web versions of my interactive comics. Find out more about his strange world at saucepot!

Dokebi
In an extremely altruistic move, Derek Kirk has decided to publish free web versions of his complete works in comics. Why? Is he insane? Go to the site and find out!

Urbanize.org
A web site devoted to urban street art. I don't even know the mysterious and anonymous person behind this web page, so this link is technically not a "friend of Shiga." But I have linked to it anyways because it is very inspirational.

Ocfoundation.org
This is the only website I've found that mentions doorknob phobia. But I'm sure there are more.

Paper Theater
Ben Catmull is one of the most talented and orginal cartoonists I've ever read. Hopefully with his Ignatz nomination, his work will start reaching a wider audience. But you can take a sneak peek at his work right here.

A great source for interactive fiction.

Niem is the talented cartoonist behind "Yes and Notebook" which you can read on his site. Also on his site are photos of Lambiek!

goblinko.com
Goblinko is the home of Pipu, the cute little chicky chicken that can shoot missiles from his beak. Be in their small land of fantasy.

Davidgaddis.com
Check out his comic "Piercing" online. This thing blew me out of the water!

Demian5
This is the best web comic I've ever read! It's colorful and imaginative and wierd. Don't delay!

Narbonic
Shaenon Garrity's has got to be the most determined cartoonist I've ever met. Not only does she keep up with the greuling schedule of creating a daily strip. But the strip doesn't even appear in the paper! It runs exclusively on her website. This does not reflect well on her mental state. As an added bonus, the strip is really good.
